  • Justin Fatica, Founder/Executive Director, You’re Amazing Fitness is the definition of encouragement. Every ounce of his spirit and soul emits an outpouring of love and encouragement for others. Born and raised in Erie Pennsylvania, Justin resided in New Jersey for 9 years prior to moving to Syracuse, New York in 2005. Justin always dreamt of impacting the world through Encouragement, Leadership and Mentorship. He earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. Prior to launching the parent organization Amazing Nation in 2004, Justin taught 9th Grade students at Paramus Catholic High School in Paramus, New Jersey. “My job is to love others and to live a life like Jesus!”

    Justin is the author of 6 Books including two bestsellers ‘Hard As Nails’ (2009) and ‘Win It All (2010). There is a consistent message throughout all of Justin’s books. He unconditionally lets youth know that they matter, and that Jesus loves them. “Sometimes it is difficult to love and it hurts to love, but that is what Jesus taught us and calls us to do. He knew all and forgave all. Once you accept and embrace this truth, your life is changed forever.”

    You’re Amazing Fitness is a unique ‘gym’ concept which has been on Justin’s heart and in his mind for 20+ years. “We embrace 4 pillars through our core values—Encouragement, Cleanliness, Servant Leadership and Joyful Service. All Board Members, Staff, Coaches, Mentors and Volunteers are onboarded via our 9 Disciplines Training Program. Our staff is self-less and they understand ‘the why’ behind You’re Amazing Fitness. The facility exists first and foremost to rise up the community and its leaders to be Encouragement Coaches. The 2-story Community Gym and Recreation Center offers Encouragement Coaching, Mentorship Programs, Basketball, Pickleball, Volleyball, Wrestling Leagues and Tournaments, Underdog Leagues, After-School Programs, a Welcome Center as well as Member-Only Amenities. “Our 24-hour operation is welcoming, exciting and bursting with positive and encouraging energy! With that said, there is no encouragement without accountability. We expect our guests and members to be driven, to show up on time, to desire mentorship and to respect the encouragement coaches. Our Staff, Coaches, Mentors and Volunteers are expected to be self-less, humble, and joyful.”

    Justin’s ultimate vision is for every gym in the world to have Encouragement Coaches. He knows this is possible through authenticity, innovation, encouragement and collaboration. Throughout Justin’s coaching career, he has set the standard for encouragement, drive, respect, faith, leadership and mentorship. “Everyone, especially our youth, needs to know they are amazing, they have value, and they make a difference in the world.”

    Justin Fatica and his entire team are masters of encouragement, joyful service, sustainability and commitment. Whenever you enter the doors—day or night—you will be greeted with a sincere and welcoming “You’re Amazing!” and this not just a greeting, it’s a Movement!”

  • Mike Weisbeck, Board President You’re Amazing Fitness has a heart for serving, accepting and encouraging people throughout his community. “God uses our experiences to prepare us for our next assignment. Keeping one’s priorities in proper order is paramount while building relationships and sharing genuine concern for others. When you intentionally serve others first, then blessings tend to follow.”

    Born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, Mike was privy to discussions around the dinner table regarding business, finance, strategic concepts and analytics. “My Dad was a Banker and my Mom was a Computer Programmer, so the conversations always revolved around business. As a result, my brothers and I are all Entrepreneurs.” Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from The Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota. He went on to study Philosophy for 3 years at the Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, Michigan, while preparing for his Master’s in Theology. “I was fortunate to travel abroad prior to starting my professional career and family. Traveling exposes you to other cultures and changes your perspective on how you view the world. I am grateful for those experiences.”

    Throughout Mike’s professional career as CFO, COO and CEO he has stayed focused on serving people and impacting the community. While at Light of Christ Catholic Schools, Mike was instrumental in raising over 50 million dollars to transform the school’s physical footprint which has forever impacted the students, faculty and entire community of Bismarck, ND. In July 2021, Mike launched Weisbeck Consulting which offered Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, and Fractional CFO Services. As of October 2023, Mike and his business partner co-founded Amaris Consulting, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. “We are the first M&A Firm in either North or South Dakota with owners who are from the region and who understand the business climate and culture. We identified a void in the marketplace, and in turn we serve our clients with comprehensive strategies to maximize their exit.”

    Mike has known Justin Fatica, Founder/Executive Director You’re Amazing Fitness (YAF) since 2010. “My Dad serves on the Board of Hard As Nails, another nonprofit organization founded by Justin in 2004. My younger brother’s life was forever changed as he served as one of the original Missionaries with Justin for a year. I have witnessed first-hand the remarkable transformations of those who have been exposed to Justin Fatica and his Encouragement Coaching. YAF received its nonprofit status in January 2022, and I immediately said ‘yes’ when Justin asked me to serve as Board President.” Everyone needs encouragement and YAF is designed to create a community of encouragement which is accessible 24/7. The 8 pillars of encouragement create a solid foundation. “We welcome everyone! So many individuals feel discouraged without realizing why they are feeling that way. But when others start pouring into you and authentically caring about you—it changes your perspective on your own life. YAF is like encouragement on tap!”

    Mike Weisbeck is a sought-after Board Member as he brings expertise in strategic planning, financial budgeting, leadership development and fundraising strategies. “Serving my community is who I am!” Mike believes in the mission of YAF and knows the power of being comfortable with who you are---so you can encourage others. “Throughout my life God has called me into something and out of something else. I know who I am and I know that I am exactly where I should be at this time. Jesus, I trust in you!”

  • Bill Holehouse, Executive Director of Development You’re Amazing Fitness is an authentic, humble Man of God who embraces every opportunity he can to spread peace, joy and love! Born and raised in Coshocton, Ohio, Bill moved to Columbus to enroll at The Ohio State University. As a young man, Bill was fascinated and captivated by the weather and wanted to be a Meteorologist. “My Dad informed me that I needed to pick another career as there was not enough demand for Meteorologists.”

    Reluctantly, Bill took his father’s advice and studied Accounting and Computer Science before one of his wise professors gave him some tough advice and redirection. As of Bill’s sophomore year, he uncovered subjects that matched his magnetic personality, his ability to genuinely connect with others, his knack for solving problems and his aptitude for sales. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Transportation Logistics with a concentration on Communications. Upon the discovery of his true talents and propensity for sales and marketing, Bill worked as an Account Manager and Vice President of Sales from 1985 to 2025. As a respected and trusted advisor to his clients, Bill managed books of business in excess of $12 Million per year. “It’s simple, people do business with me for two reasons—trust and the fulfillment of a need!”

    As Bill was seeking what the next chapter of his life would entail, he was introduced to Justin Fatica, Founder/Executive Director of You’re Amazing Fitness at an event during December 2024. “Fast forward, I attended an Amazing Nation retreat in April 2025 and joined the organization. It is fascinating to me to witness how God orchestrated the timing for my role at You’re Amazing Fitness. I am here to fuel the movement and obtain resources for building a scalable and sustainable pipeline of Encouragement Coaches and Recreational Facilities across the Nation!”

    Encouragement Coaching is not only a way of being, but it is a tangible program which is taught. It embodies 8 Disciplines. The program is digitized and shared through a workbook, videos, and a documentary series which brings the entire process to life. “Encouraging the Who--discipline number 1--is the foundational cornerstone and from there we have the opportunity to move the needle forward. Once we reach 1000 Encouragement Coaches—the multiplier will be 10X and the ripple effect will reach 10,000+ lives! The younger generation is feeling empty, and they are looking and longing for something to fill the void in their hearts and souls. You’re Amazing Fitness fills the emptiness and replaces it with a positive sense of being.”

    Bill Holehouse is passionate and excited to be on the ground floor of this ground shaking movement. “I have surrendered myself to Jesus Christ and I have a personal relationship with Him. I understand my purpose, and I seek to understand, before trying to be understood. I am grateful for time shared with others as we talk about their faith and mine. My journey has been a steady building block and is a perfect example of how has God prepared me. I have been blessed and now it is my opportunity to serve others.” As Bill carries the message forward to groups, churches and corporations as well as through You’re Amazing Fitness outreach events, his intention is to spread peace, joy and love. What is he hoping for in return? To hear these 3 words, “Tell Me More!”

  • Rye D’Orazio, Board Vice President You’re Amazing Fitness is a Man of God who has dedicated his life to sharing the Gospel. “I am always thinking about the Eternal Return on Investment (EROI) and how I can contribute my time, talent and resources to our youth so they can come to understand who they are in Jesus Christ.” Born and raised in Avon, Ohio, Rye lived in Toledo, Minnesota, Texas and Michigan prior to permanently settling in Columbus Ohio in the fall of 1982. Rye grew up in an Entrepreneurial family working alongside his Dad, Uncles and Brothers in the family concrete business. “We worked full time in the summers, but some of us had school or jobs during the week and became weekend warriors pouring concrete. I am grateful for my upbringing as it established a foundation for work ethics, integrity, and business savvy.”

    Rye earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a Minor in Business from The University of Toledo. Upon college graduation, Rye began his career with Electronic Data Systems and Triangle Systems before launching Network Compatibility Group (NC Group) in 1985. “We sold NC Group in 1995, and I stayed on through 1999.” In 2000, Rye launched yet another company, the Ray and Barney Group, which he sold in 2010. “Throughout my professional career, I was eager and excited to assist my clients in achieving their vision and mission and accomplishing their goals. We were pioneers in technology deployment, and our world-class clients included Fortune 200 Companies.”

    Rye’s dedication to youth and student-athletes spans decades, as a Jr. High School Football Coach for 10 years and a Varsity High School Football Coach for 10 years. In 1999, Rye was introduced to Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) by the Pastor at his church. FCA’s mission is Seeing the World Transformed by Jesus Christ Through the Influence of Coaches and Athletes. Rye held the position of Central Ohio Area Director through August 2025. As of September 2025, Rye is pursuing the launch of the FCA Alumni For Life™ Program. “It is our responsibility to equip youth and young adults to deal with pressures, confusion and negativity, through a Biblical lens, a responsibility that extends throughout our lifetime. In every adversity there is a seed of equal or greater benefit, and it is up to us to find it!”

    In 2022, Rye was introduced to Justin Fatica, Founder/Executive Director of You’re Amazing Fitness (YAF), through Matt Schlater, a mutual ministry partner. “Justin and I both understand the power of positive encouragement while pointing our youth to a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our unity is in the body of Christ, and I agreed to serve on the Governing Board of YAF in early 2023.” Rye brings decades of experience in leadership, mentorship, fundraising, business connections as well as relationships with school partners and coaches throughout Central Ohio. As You’re Amazing Fitness moves forward to establish Encouragement Coaches and Recreational Fitness facilities across the Nation, each Encouragement Coach, Staff Member, and Volunteer is trained in 8 Disciplines, which forms the foundation of You’re Amazing Fitness. Local impact events offer an opportunity to personally experience outreach and encouragement.

    Rye D’Orazio is engaging, personable and shares his love for The Lord opening and willingly with everyone he meets. His ability to connect with others in a sincere and authentic manner is a rare and unique gift, which others respectfully admire and appreciate. Everyday, Rye is praying for others and with others. He is encouraging one to pursue a relationship with Jesus Christ, to fellowship with other believers, and to pass their faith in Jesus Christ along. “Could you imagine the impact and unity in the world, if all our actions were focused on glorifying God?”
